The Haiku Translation Assistant (HTA) and the Haiku User Guide translation tool are currently offline due to a pending migration to a new server.
I am not involved in the migration at all, so if you have any questions, please address them to the haiku or haiku-web mailing list.
It has been a pleasure hosting these two resources for the advancement of Haiku. I hope they served the community well, and wish that the new and improved systems in their future homes will serve the needs of Haiku even better.
